How to use · limits & privacy
  1. Add your photos. Start new to clear the fictional sample, then choose JPG or PNG files. Original files are not changed.
  2. Enter the details. Edit names, optional SKUs and prices. Or add photos first, import a CSV, review the filename matches, then apply the matched rows.
  3. Check every page. Choose A4 or US Letter and a display currency. Currency changes the label, not the amount.
  4. Save your PDF. Select Save PDF and check your browser's downloads. The PDF is an output file, not an editable project backup.

Keep this tab open while editing. There is no autosave or project restore. Reloading or closing this page loses products and edits. A downloaded PDF cannot be imported back as a project.

Photo limits. JPG/JPEG and PNG only; 60 photos, up to 50 MiB per source file, 50 MP and 20,000 px per side. The app resizes copies to at most 1,200 px per side and 0.6 MP. The 100 MiB total applies to those resized copies. PNG transparency becomes white. Older browsers without ImageBitmap support are limited to 24 MP and 8,000 px per side; low-memory devices may need smaller files.

CSV & text limits. UTF-8 CSV, up to 1 MiB and 60 product rows. Use filename,name,sku,price. Filenames are case-sensitive and must match exactly. Duplicate or unmatched names are not assigned automatically. Product names: 120 characters; SKUs: 40; catalog title: 80; introduction: 160. Use prices from 0 to 999999999.99, a decimal point and up to 2 decimal places. A blank price shows “Price on request”.

PDF format. Six products per page, rendered as page images at 144 dpi. Text cannot be selected or searched; this is not a tagged, screen-reader-accessible PDF. Check the result before sharing or printing. Fonts and supported characters depend on the device.

Local processing. This app processes selected photos and CSV in this tab. Its code does not upload those files and includes no analytics, ads or third-party scripts. Hosting providers process connection data to deliver the website. Browser translation, extensions and download features have their own settings. Read the privacy notice.

No autosave: reloading or closing this tab clears your work. Save a PDF before leaving; it does not preserve an editable project.

Source limits: 50 MiB each, 50 megapixels, 20,000 px per side.
Up to 60 photos / 100 MiB total after resizing. Catalog copies use at most 1,200 px per side and 0.6 MP each.

How photo matching works

Use the columns filename,name,sku,price. Filenames must match exactly, including capitalization and extension. Add photos first. Duplicate names and unmatched rows are never assigned automatically.

UTF-8 CSV, up to 1 MiB and 60 product rows. Quotes, commas and quoted line breaks are supported. Line breaks in product fields become spaces. Use a decimal point, without currency symbols or thousands separators.

This app processes your selected files locally and includes no upload or tracking code. Browser translation and extensions have their own settings. Work is kept in memory, with no autosave.
